So recently I’ve joined an animation tournament putting me off against random people on scratch. I have decided to do something new this time:
I am going to use Wick and frame by frame EXCLUSIVELY for the entire tournament, just to stretch what I’m capable of in actual animation. I will call this THE GAUNTLET.
I will post all of my matches in THE GAUNTLET here on Newgrounds, and hopefully I’ll get better at animating by the time I’m done lol
@Dynomike03 Thing is, idk if blender has puppet animation. I haven't really had the chance to use it much. I'm hoping that I won't end up needing to use Adobe Animate. ;-;
I see. So by puppet animation, what platform are you using if not scratch or blender?
@Dynomike03 I don't animate right now. I'm currently still in the "learning how to use Blender" phase. Can't animate with an app idk how to use yet.

Wick animation? I’ve actually never heard of it before, I just use the base website on scratch for animation (it’s not the best if I’m being real-)

It’s like a free adobe animate, it’s really good

This is an interesting idea. I don't really know if I can use Wick anymore given the type of animation style I'd prefer to use. (Puppet animation, not too far off to what everyone does on scratch.)

Hmm.. I’ll check out Blender’s puppet animating sometime and see which one suits me better lol
